Fall

So as the weather has gotten colder and the leaves were changing colors I just couldn't get enough of how beautiful the leaves were. So as we were on our way to see the doctor to get our Flue Shots we saw these bright yellow leaves.

So as I have been appreciating all the colors around us, I was talking my friend Kim Stoklosa on how this fall has been my favorite with all the different colors on the trees.

She said that her favorite place to see the leaves are on I95, so of course we had to see. I can't even tell you how many times we drive on 95 and we never focus on the trees. We're always ion such a rush to get to wherever we need to be that we miss what is around us.

October Sparkler

So at Lombardy they have monthly Sparklers. Ceci was the October Sparkler but they don't get recognition until the following month. She was just so happy and excited at the assembly.

Because Tom usually works from home on Fridays, he was able to make it! That even made it better for her.

Both Ceci and Nicole had Mrs. Hackendorn and so did my little sister Gigi. Can you tell by Ceci that she just loves her teacher.
We have been so fortunate that we have had wonderful teachers for both of the girls, it has only made them learn to love school even more.

21. Open the presents Christmas Eve or Christmas Day? 1 gift on christmas eve, the rest on christmas.

23. Favorite ornament, theme or color? Tom's Aunt Annie made the girls glass ball ornaments.

working at the "Y"

So I'm sitting at my desk at work and realize that I don't like the background I had switched to, so once agin thanks to LeeLou blogs I have found one that I like.
Just in time for the Holidays.
I was talking to a friend today on how this school year is already flying by and how it amazes me that Thanksgiving is next week. How do we let time go by so fast? and is there anyway that we can slow it down?
If any one knows the trick, please share and then maybe I can use it on my girls.
And FYI it was a bombing 29 degrees this morning in Delaware. COLD! but loving it and we even had snow flurries yesterday! YAY!

Super Saturday

So Autumn and I brought our girls to the activity. Honestly I don't think I would have gotten all my projects done if they weren't there to help me.

I'm not very good actually I'm not good at all at going back to started projects to finish them.

Sis. Lau helped make some of the fantastic cards she makes.

In my new calling I hve the privilage of coming up with fun activities for the sisters in our ward. Of course with the help LaLanya and our committee. We had our Super Saturday. This event initially started in July, and through the years has gotten closer and closer to Christmas. We made really cute projects and had a really good turn out.

Trunk-O-Treat

We had a chillis cook off and trunk-o-treating in the building.

It of course had been raining for a few days and evything was indoors.

They still had a blast!

The princess. I hope she always wants to be a princess.

Then hopefully she can't grow up to fast.

I'm Back

Why does it seem like as life gets crazy what we enjoy goes to the wayside?
I have thought about this so much lately because life is crazy now. OF COURSE!
Everyone is doing great in the house and we're just getting used to our crazy scheduals.
As the last log in I am going to catch up on all the things we have done these past few months and hopefully be better at taking the time to do what I enjoys so much.
